Scarboro Shines at 2025 Masters State Championships

Scarboro Surf Life Saving Club performed strongly at the 2025 Masters State Championships held at Sorrento in February 2025, finishing an impressive 5th overall in a hotly contested field.
The weekend was packed with fierce competition, great camaraderie, and electric energy around the Scarboro tents. With strong representation in the relay events and several standout performances, the team spirit was undeniable. It was also fantastic to see some new faces stepping up to compete, showing the strength and depth of the club.
Top Medal Performances
Leading the charge was Jose Defosses, who claimed a stunning 2 gold, 1 silver, and 4 bronze medals, showcasing his all-round strength across multiple events.
