Transferring From Another Club

Transferring Registration is for those who have qualified for a Bronze Medallion at another club and wish to transfer to Scarboro SLSC. New Registrations or Renewing Members should click on their respective links.

Step 1

Members have two options to Transfer:

Option 1 - Online Registration (preferred)

1. Register on to SLSA website
2. Go to My Memberships on the Toolbar
3. Select New Membership on the right hand side.
4. Enter your personal details.
5. Tick the 2 Disclaimers at the bottom of the page. Patent/Guardian to complete the under 18 section if renewal is for a minor.
6. Select Submit
7. Let us know what club you are coming from.

Option 2 - Download and Return to SSLSC

1. Download the Membership Application Form
2. Sign and return to SSLSC with payment or receipt (from Step 2)
3. Let us know what club you are coming from.
